In 2019, Yusimi Moya Rodriguez worked with the Physical Dance Theater and choreographer Marcel Leemann in Bern, Switzerland. The dancers were Angela Demattè, Rubén Garcia Arabit, Yusimi Moya Rodriguez, Mare-Blue Sahiti, Jack Widdowson and Vanessa Lara Wüthrich. Premiere was at the Grosse Halle Reitschule Bern, Switzerland.

“hochgehobene*r” deals with gender-specific stereotypes in dance and focuses on certain movements and expressions which are connotated with the male or female body. The four dancers seek a way out of the reproduction of old dance clichés.
